Step 1: Incoming Material Inspection Before production, all natural latex materials undergo testing with density testers and tensile strength testing machines to check that the density remains uniform (50–65 kg/m³), elasticity is good, and there is no unpleasant smell.
Step 2: In-Process Inspection Dimensions, weight, and ventilation hole structure of the pillow are checked using digital calipers and thickness gauges during molding and shaping to guarantee the ergonomic design and airflow performance.
Step 3: Performance & Safety Testing Compression resilience testing, rebound rate testing, and aging tests are performed on finished products with durability testing equipment to verify that the products are able to keep their shape and softness for a long time.
Step 4: Final Inspection & Certification Each batch undergoes a thorough check for the appearance, smell, packaging, and labeling, and confirmation that it complies with international standards such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH, and CPSIA for baby safety is done.
